The first time a customer orders their contact lenses from OKVision, we are required by Law to verify their latest prescription details before we can dispatch their contact lenses. Once OKVision has verified a customer's prescription details we store their information confidentially so that when the customer places their next order, providing the prescription has not expired, OKVision can despatch their contact lenses straightaway. OKVision also notifies all customers prior to the expiry of their prescription so that appointments for eye examinations can be made. Offline Telephone Re-Ordering Some of our Customers prefer to re-order their contact lenses using our UK Freephone Number: Simply contact OKVision using the number above and place your re-order between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. All major credit and debit cards can be accepted over the telephone and a full receipt will be dispatched along with your contact lenses. Online Secure Re-Ordering OKVision also offers Customers the ability to quickly re-order contact lenses using our safe and secure shopping cart online. All online Customers create a simple confidential account which stores information securely such as invoice address, delivery address and other contact details. The major benefit of shopping online with an account is that when any Customer wishes to re-order lenses online, they simply access their account, using their email address and a password to identify themselves. Once logged in, they simply select the items they wish to re-order and 'checkout' without having to fill in their Customer information each time.
