OKvision will accept the return of products within 30 days of the original order, if within the manufacturers packaging and unused and unopened. You must have a returns authority (given when you contact OKVision) and we wiil deduct 5% of the original cost to cover our charges before processing a refund.These conditions do not affect the statutory consumer rights. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is dispatched. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Returned products must be in the manufacturers packaging and unused and unopened. |

 OKVision is a replacement contacts lens centre. We can only supply you with contact lenses prescribed by your contacts lens practitioner. OKVision must, by law, have verification of your contact lens prescription before supplying your contact lenses. Please note your prescription is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. For your convenience, OKVision can verify your prescription details with your Optician, or simply post us a copy, fax it to 020 8632 1560 or scan and email it to info@okvision.co.uk | |
